The Connecticut Food Association is a non-profit, statewide trade association that has represented the Connecticut food industry for over 70 years. Our mission is to foster the growth of the food industry in the state of Connecticut, by proactively initiating new laws and regulations that benefit us and defending the industry against detrimental regulations and laws negatively affecting members. We focus on building strong partnerships between our members who range from major chains and independent grocers to convenience stores, distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, brokers, and specialty food producers in Connecticut.
The CFA's board of directors is comprised of industry leaders as well as owner/operators of food industry businesses. Guided by board of directors, committees, and task forces made up of CFA members, we are proud of our proven track record on critical industry issues.
